Another Good Sleeping Place

Sunday is nap day, I found another good place to take my afternoon nap.

It's Nap Time

My favorite pastime on any given day is napping. On Sundays I sneak upstairs and nap on the big bed with the pretty red bedspread. My people usally nap in the basement leaving me the time and opportunity to nap in pure comfort.

'Tis The Season

My eyes and nose are running, I have to wear the "hood of shame" because I keep licking myself, and I'm whacked out on benadryl. I HATE ALLERGY SEASON!!

The Mystery Has Been Solved!!!

The Hibiscus flowers finally started blooming!!! I'm happy to report they are a lovely shade of coral...sometimes light sometimes dark. I could not be happier with my blooming flower bushes.

Spa Day

I spent today at the spa (groomer's). It was great seeing my other four footed friends and getting caught up with my beauty technician (groomer). It was a treat for all my senses, new smells, loud sounds, and a sampling of tasty treats (got in the cat food again). I could not have had a better time. I think it was worth the time and money, don't I just look dapper?

I LOVE SUNDAYS

Sundays are my favorite day of the week. I just love sleeping in until it's time for breakfast. I keep one ear open so I can hear my food hitting my bowl.

Fun in the Sun!!

Summer is off to a good start. Some days I like to go cruis'n in the back seat of my convertible. People passing by like to point and gawk at me in the back seat as I ride down the road...must be because I'm so darn cute!!

Somtimes Life is Scary!!!

I had a rough day today, sometimes life is scary. When something does scare me I run and hide in the shower. It is cool, dark and quiet. I am very smart, I can open the shower door all by myself. Somtimes the robot vacuum cleaner scares me, today it was a very loud fly. I just never know what is going to scare me next. I am very lucky to have such a great place to hide until the danger has passed.

It's Planting Time!

It is spring planting time at my house. The nursery could not tell me what color flowers these plants would grow, I hope it is a color that matches my coat! Stay tuned for pictures of the first blooms!

Getting this Party Started!

I am a loving, happy airdale terrier living in the midwest. I was born on a farm in Cedar Rapids Iowa, where horses freely roamed the front yard. I moved east with a very lucky family and love "city" life. I just turned 9 years old in March. One of my very favorite people thought I should share my many adventures with the word so she created my blog. I hope you enjoy reading about my life.
